Goodbye 2019, hello 2020!

Dear all!

An exciting year is coming to an end and it is time to pause for a moment and look back, but also to look ahead to an exciting new year 2020.

In 2019 we have worked hard, celebrated properly, cried a little, and laughed a lot. We took trips to Milan and Berlin to let big cities inspire us, we learned, tested, and improved recipes, and look forward to trying more new things in 2020.

Especially towards the end of the year, a lot of time went into working on our team structure and new shift schedules. On the penultimate day of the year, the café got a fresh coat of ecological clay paint and we are very excited to see how you’ll like it. This upcoming year, new recipes and breakfast offers are waiting for you and we are looking forward to further grow our concept with new menus and an even more plastic-reduced kitchen.

We are very grateful for the fact that more and more people are changing their habits, taking the threat to our climate seriously, and appreciating our vegan and vegetarian offers. Especially today cafés and restaurants have a great responsibility to provide our guests with healthy and sustainable food and drinks, which is such a central point in our lives. We are proud to inspire you daily with our meatless lunch and breakfast options and thank you for your support, enthusiasm, and loyalty.

Tonight we will step into the new year with many positive thoughts and feelings.
We hope for 2020 to be a year that will also be about arriving and relaxing, where we enjoy and celebrate small and big things together.
