Seasonal January

Tuesday is farmers’ market day!
In January, not only cale, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts are in season here in Germany, but also lamb’s lettuce, arugula, apples, pears, radish, turnips, savoy cabbage, parsnips, onions, potatoes, carrots, celery, beetroot, and leek. All these delicious fruit and veggies you can get from local suppliers at the farmers’ market. At the café, stew and soup season has started, but with this great variety of seasonal vegetables, we’re prepared to serve you diverse and creative winter lunch specials!
